It may be fun for play, but I cant see anything real being done on that. Most high end photo editors wont even use a trackpad/laptop...
And from a user standpoint, having all menus buried and no keyboard shortcuts, you're expanding the time to edit drastically.

Tablets have their use, but advanced programs are not suitable .
It is a toy. You can't seriously think that professionals are going to depend on Photoshop for iPad and throw away their computer can you? That's like throwing away your computer because GarageBand is also available on the iPad, and attempting to produce an album on an iPad. Impossible.
No matter what Steve says, it is a toy! I think it is brilliant you can do these things on such a simple product for the average user, but they are nothing more than for... the average user.

Why doesn't Apple bring a TV to the market? I could go for a 72 inch flat screen with the aluminum, thinness,and 1/16th inch thick bezel of the iPad2.

Just checked on my O2 account and my iPhone is also being delivered by DHL tomorrow :eek: didn't think my order had been processed as I'm existing iPhone user and got caught up in O2 web order disaster.
This has put the biggest smile on my face :D

After last year's iPhone 4 leak incident I think :apple: is just being extra careful this year not to leak any details whatsoever on the iPhone 5.
And then BOOM. iPhone 5 announcement @ WWDC!!
PS: For those who are threatening to move to a non-iPhone phone, remember this is all speculation and rumor. I know how horrible it can be, I had a 3G until I got my iPhone 4, but I waited patiently for 4 to come out and it was well worth it.

Maybe the reason they didn't bring it up was because they are working on a new feature (ie new maps or turn by turn gps built into the next iOS; they did mention it was to collect data for something like that), but now that the media has blown it out of proportion, they had to come out and address it. At least, that's what I'm assuming Apple's point of view was.

Apple should really diversify their suppliers anyway, which is what they look like they are doing. Cut Samsung supply by 50%, and threaten all of it if they don't get their act together. Surely Samsung doesn't think that that they can bring in this kind of revenue on their own merit. Outside of LCD televisions, Samsung has an image problem, and even that has only improved in the last few years.
I hate these ridiculous statements. Samsung is a huge conglomerate that builds everything from microchips to 100 story sky scrapers. They don't need Apple to survive.

I'll second the recommendations for MX-2 and rubbing alcohol. I used those on my G4 also with good results.
