You need to ask yourselves a questions: How these stores operating? and Why products end up there?
Apparently, some authorized retailers overstock iPads or could not move projected volume, so they dumped some unsold inventory to Marshalls and TJMax, just to get some cash back, quick.
Overstocked with iPads??? Not a good news for Steve.
What is the issue here? iPads are sold in Walmart and Target and nobody complains.
I think the biggest issue with it comes from the actual Apple authorized retailers. For instance, in my line of work (golf course management), I purchase golf equipment directly from the manufacturers (Callaway Golf, Nike, Titleist, etc). To be able to do that, I HAVE to agree to a minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policy, or I can't buy directly from them nor be listed as a retailer of that company's products (any retailer buying from directly from the manufacturer has to abide by this). If I then saw a major retailer (a competitor) advertising products that I sell for significantly lower than I am allowed to (knowing that all official retailers are supposed to be bound by this agreement to even sell the products as an "authorized retailer"), then I'm going to be pretty upset as to why I have to abide by it to get my goods, when either they (the competitor discounting said merchandise) aren't, or either they are getting a cheaper price (allowing them to sell for a lower price than me, yet still keep similar profit margins). And if they are in violation of this MAP policy, I'm going to damn sure be wondering why the manufacturer (in the iPad case...Apple), isn't going after them (telling them to stop, if they are an authorized retailer), or pulling their account. In the golf business, the manufacturers go hard after companies that violate this MAP policy.

....the war was perfectly justified.
Not that war is ever justified ....
War is only a "bad" or "illegal" thing it seems when it's happening to you.....
Your thinking seems to contradict yourself back and forth.
Are you really saying that because Japan had limited natural resources it was justified in seizing Korea, invading Manchuria, invading China, attacking the Soviets, invading Indonesia, and attacking any country that decided not to resupply Japan's war machine?
I'd say you're totally wrong in trying to justify Japan's war of expansion

Heh, cool, and as with other similar storage technologies, a disc will take 123087012863018 hours to write and blank media will cost $120370860861 each for about the next 10 years. Still, cool!!!! nonetheless.

Top left corner of GPU looks burnt to me. Maybe it's bad picture quality, but if it's burnt really (what makes it DOA), it may explain why thermal paste is baked on.
yeah it is baked and burnt but seller say its tested as working

You are obviously missing the point. Apple's new subscription model is preventing choice from coming to it's customers. How is that not a bad thing?
What are you talking about? It's enabling choice. Customers have a choice to send their personal data to FT. Before, they did not. What choice is Apple taking away from customers?
Apple says: "give choice to customers."
FT says: "no choice for customers."
And you have the nerve to call people Apple fanboys. That term should nullify your point right then and there.

You only get benefit from 3 channel memory if all chips are the same, and apparently even then it is minor advantage. so I'd use 4-4-1-1 based on what you have.

I wonder if the Shuffle will ever have more than 2 gigabytes. It's form factor seems to limit it, not because there'll never 2 gigabyte storage that small (there will), but because you can't select songs. I wonder how useful a 10 gig Shuffle would be. (Maybe it would be useful... since I don't listen to music on "shuffle" very often, it doesn't appeal to me, so maybe I'm missing something.)
But on the other hand, what can Apple do? They won't be able to make it much smaller (still needs controls and headphone jack).
That leaves them with the only option being to make it cheaper.
Feature-wise, I guess wireless syncing, as it gets smaller the dock is going to be smaller and smaller (the current version looks flimsy, like it wouldn't stand up or something.) But there's not much you can do with something with no screen.
They have to do one (or more) of the following:
nicki minaj hairstyles
more...
dress while Nicki Minaj
Nicki Minaj and Phoebe Price
Nicki Minaj won 3 trophies,

Can you guys answer 1 question for me?
When the next iPhone does come out how will iPhone 4 Verizon customers be able to upgrade? Do you think that Verizon and AT&T will work out an early upgrade for them?
Or do you think people who want the iPhone on Verizon will have already waited for the 5.
Once your contract is up you are probably ready for iphone 6.
In the meantime, penalty for earlier upgrade would be my guess.
................BUT 2 years is a lot of time for technology in the cellular field.
By then there may be a whole new way of doing that business out there.
Apple could become a player in that field like Skype. They can do it via ichat, face time or itunes or mobile me.
Maybe in the future we don't need cellphone providers, just data access companies. A wifi network all over the country may do.
Their North Carolina facility is only starting up........

Seems to - iCade has 6 (plus 2 for 1/2-player)
Dang! That is true.
Thinking it out:
Stick = Up/Down
Bottom Red = Reverse
Right-Botton Black = Thrust
Right-Top Black = Fire
Top White = Smart Bomb
Bottom White = Hyperspace
On Stargate you could assign one of the others to the Stealth mode button too.

Yes, it's been damaged by the Bible. Remember, he is one of those that think homosexuality is detestable. He would never admit to knowing anything about lesbian porn...

Not surprising. Android is becoming the more dominant... thing.
Not the right reason...
I have a droid.(had iPhone on ATT but didnt get coverage at work/home) I payed an extra $100 to get the 1 year commitment in Nov 2009 just in case the CDMA iPhone came out a year later. Well it did come out a year later and my verizon contract was up. But I didnt get it because it was the same 8 month old phone and there is 0 chance I am going to get locked into a 2 year deal in january for a 8 month old phone that I wont be able to trade in until the June release 2.5 years later.
I'm surprised they are surprised.
This is. People who are or were with Verizon are now:
